When it Comes to Data Center Pollution, Our Communities Deserve a Voice
DEADLINE: Aug 9 • 5:00am. A proposal by Trump’s EPA would eliminate federal public participation requirements for many “minor source” air permits, including the permits used for most data center backup generators. These are massive diesel generators that emit harmful air pollution into our neighborhoods. Submit an official comment here. Comments are due 08/21/2026 at 11:59 pm EST.

Submit comment to the FCC to renew ABC affiliate licenses
DEADLINE: Aug 4 • 11:00pm. ABC launched an on-air campaign urging the public to file comments with the FCC, which has opened two separate actions against them. Submit a comment with the FCC expressing your support for the freedom of the press, ABC and The View.

Stop Federal Book Ban Bill (H.R. 7661)
DEADLINE: Aug 31 • 11:00pm. The federal book ban bill, H.R. 7661, has been placed on the legislative calendar. If passed, the Federal Government will gain control of your local school libraries. Book bans threaten our freedoms; they do not belong in a democracy. Contact your Member of Congress now!

Stop Trump’s Crypto Corruption – No to CLARITY Act. Call your Democratic senators now and tell them: OPPOSE the CLARITY Act. We won’t let Congress enable more of Trump’s corruption or gamble away our financial stability just to appease crypto billionaires. Learn more and contact your Senators here.

Tell Congress: Not an additional dime to fund Trump’s Iran war

Hold the line for not another dime. A vote for the Trump-Hegseth weapons budget, a supplemental request for funding, or any other additional funding for this war is unacceptable.  Contact your Senators/Representative

Stop Voter Suppression (via MoveOn). In another desperate attempt to keep us from voting and to control the outcome of our elections, Republicans are sneaking key elements of the SAVE Act, the most egregious voter suppression bill in modern history, into other legislation to try and pass it before November’s election.
Email your senators to demand they vote no on the SAVE Act

“…everyone left claiming victory. Republicans said they exposed a stonewall. Fauci’s supporters said he refused to participate in what they viewed as a political trap. The only clear loser was the quaint notion that congressional hearings are primarily designed to illuminate rather than perform.”
