1. Attend at least one No Kings 3 events on Saturday, March 28th.
See below for a list of events in North Kitsap. The events are staggered in time so you will be able to attend more than one.
2. The best signs tell people what we stand for and do it simply.
Remember that the people we need to reach the most have not been following the news. Stick to things they can understand without prior knowledge. Avoid political jargon, academic terms and acronyms. The best signs tell people what we stand for and do it simply. Looking for inspiration? Here is a list.
3. Projecting safety and goodwill works to our advantage.
Confrontation benefits Trump. He has been looking for an excuse to declare Martial Law since he took office. Don’t give him one. We need to make it clear that Trump is creating the chaos. “Our strategic goal should be to look so completely peaceful and harmless that calling out the National Guard looks like the wildest kind of overreach, like calling them out to attack a family picnic. The fact of our protests being peaceful should be unassailable.” Antonia Scatton, Oct 08, 2025
As always, there’s a map of protests drawn from over 30 sources. Also, stop by the link for your state at the bottom. Several cities are hosting poster parties and solidarity events this week.
